Profile:
As the eldest child I was always 'the responsible' one. Fortunately, I had a natural caring ability, which allows for a nurturing attitude in my work.
Long walks in the country, nights looking at the stars, growing our own food whenever possible, all of these gave me a sense of wonder about this world we live in.
Having always been interested in Nature, Divinity, Art, Language and Science, since an early age (and later the esoteric sciences, herbs and natural therapies), it was a natural progression to work with the energetic therapies that have been emerging in the last 20-30 years.
This is the basis on which I built my Kinesiology training and practice.

For many years, my career was corporate based, and covered various types of businesses. This has stood me in good stead with my current work. The change from the corporate arena was necessary on a personal level, and to help me deal with various physical problems at the time. The results, and the scope for positive change spurred me on to change fields, and so I became involved in the balancing of energy, the body / mind connection, the soul, theosophy, philosophy, nutrition, ethics, health and prosperity.
I have trained in Rebirthing and Pranic Breathing, Chakra Balancing, Kinergetics, 3-in-1 series (or ‘One-Brain’ Kinesiology), Touch For Health, NLK (Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology which combines self change techniques from NLP with Kinesiology). I have also studied Astrology, Numerology and Vibrational Healing as well as dabbling in other associated sciences.
In 1992, I created my first workshop (which is accredited by the AKA and the AIK as the 'Past Life Workshop'). This workshop bridges the intuitive and energetic arts with Kinesiology, primarily working on issues of the soul.
It was specifically designed for ancient issues, ancestral and hereditary negative carry-overs/wounds or scars, deep past life traumas, addressing & understanding karmic(cause & effect) issues & works with all levels of the being, particularly the inner and hidden aspects. Reconnecting one back to one's true relationship with Divinity is a often a natural consequence.
Over the years it has been crafted to reflect the changing times.
Right now, many ancestral issues and family foundations are being challenged, so as to allow real growth at a deeper level. A more authentic relationship with oneself, and with Divinity, brings more personal peace, empowerment and well-being. Preparation for real evolution on many levels is taking place right now!
The HygienEthics* workshop, developed specifically for enhancing the weakened energy fields or aura, and to support all energetic work, has been taught since 2003. Originally called ‘The Protection, and Energetic & Spiritual Ethics Workshop’, it was accredited by the AIK in 2004, and the AKA. This workshop has evolved to the new *'Working with Energy' Workshop (2011-2012).
Boundaries, responsibiity, commitments, manipulation, covert control, contracts, and autonomous choices are dealt with. Clarity in relationships, and the opportunity for getting back to one's true mission is the prize.
Just as life never stands still, so techniques, knowledge and practice, too, are continually changing to reflect the current environment. My work encompasses these changes.

Working with MyRa:
The space I provide is one of safety, trust & security. This is essential to be able to make a connection with the issues in a way that will bring the best results.
The work we undertake together may involve physical balancing via meridiens, organs, glands etc or emotional balancing. It may involve simply talking, together with chakra balance, mental re-working, and / or the acknowledgment of past issues to move forward.
Other levels may be on the soul and spiritual level. We are multi-faceted and multi-dimensional beings, and are able to work, think and be on many levels. Therefore several levels and dimensions may be addressed at the same time. This then allows for a more complete and speedier integration.
Often the overall aspects of the person or being that I work with may be seen as enhanced self understanding. This is often related to one’s relationship issues – firstly on one’s own relationship (understanding and comfort) with oneself, and then to others and then with the world at large. Issues with these aspects will usually deal with one or several of the problems listed on the Issues Dealt with page.
I also seek to work with the deeper aspects of Being, so that the presenting issues are dealt with at the causal level. The problems that can be addressed or clarified are almost endless.
We are often challenged to grow. Growth is often expressed with some accompanying pain, as the being seeks to break through the old shackles and skin to re-emerge as the new creation. These challenges can be met. They can be overcome. We can experience support and find the strength within.
